We are happy to answer questions about our dolls. We respond to all orders within 24 hours, we guarantee the authenticity of all our items. We follow the ethical standards and code of conduct of NADDA (the National Antique Doll Dealers Association) and are committed to excellent customer service.

SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE POLICY
Buyer pays actual shipping and insurance charges. If the calculated shipping is high in error the difference with actual cost will be refunded.

 

RESTOCKING FEE
We charge a 10% restocking fee on all items returned unless unstated damage is found or the item differs significantly from the written description and pictures.

 

LAYAWAY POLICY
This shop offers a layaway plan for purchases.
Layaway terms are customized. We want you to be able to buy the doll of your dreams

12 months or more are possible to negotiate on dolls $2500. and higher.

It is not usually possible to accept a reduced price offer and give layaway.
